Hey Hey! I’m Julianna Stafford Co-Owner of Salon Valour.
Fun fact about me, I actually didn’t attend Beauty School. Yep, that’s right. I actually completed an 18 month Apprenticeship at a Salon in Missouri. Best life decision, besides my kiddos, of course. I have been in the hair industry since 2006, and over the years I have realized, Life is too short. Be happy! Spend time with family! Buy the damn Louis Vuitton bag! And go on vacation! Doing hair and being with my clients is my passion. I just want to do hair, have fun and make people feel great about themselves. My oldest daughter Merika just graduated from The Salon Professional Academy (2020) and My “Son” Melik (you will see, son is what I actually call him) will also follow in my foot steps. My littlest sweet baby Maiha, who’s really not a baby anymore, who will probably be seen hanging around the Salon...singing and dancing. And we can’t forget about my Hubby, Andre Stafford. I’ve been around the block, some say I’m a jack of all trades. Anything that has to do with coloring hair, really!!! Blondes to Balayage, Foilayage and Bleach & Tones but also Gray Coverage to Vivids.

Hi! My name is Lauren and I’m co-owner of Salon Valour!
I’ve been in the hair industry since 2013 and haven’t looked back! While I absolutely love the artistry that comes with hair, my passion is people. This career has given me the opportunity to meet so many people that have changed my life ( Especially my best friend / salon partner, Julianna). I also am a strong believer that you never stop learning and that’s what makes hair so fun for me. There’s always more to learn and I pride myself on continuing to grow through learning whether it’s a new hair skill or a life lesson. While I love doing just about everything in this industry, I consider my strengths to be grey coverage, balayage/ foilyage, and dimensional brunettes and blondes. I enjoy doing creative colors as well.
When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually watching sports (go Jags!), finding new restaurants or planning my next hiking trip. I love traveling and spending time with my family and friends and making new friends along the way!
